Hi Rick:
Great job on the book.  A copy was given to me recently by a friend.  I was at BHS there during the '69 to '73 school years (a forgettable era for football but not for track and field with McKinley Moseley, Theo Bell and Louis Wright leading the way).  I didn't play football, but I was a huge fan.  Jeff Siemon was a neighbor of mine on Oakbank Road (just east of the intersection of Oak Street and Bank Street).  His father and my father attended KCUHS in the late 1930's.  Therefore, I am somewhat of an expert on Jeff's career.  Next time you do updates for a reprinting, it would be nice to clarify that Jeff led the Standford Indians to two Rose Bowl victories over Ohio State and Michigan.  An outstanding athlete (football, basketball and baseball), he was also on a Little League World Series team in the early 1960's.
The movie, "The Best of Times" was initially released with the title, "Taft" until changed for, what was perceived as, better marketing.
For the 1972 Foothill game, Briggs allowed the seniors to play both ways and Jeff Crosby to call many, if not most, of the plays.  As a show of solidarity, the players wore their blue "away" uniform pants with the blue "home" jerseys (monocolored uniforms being very rare at the time) and many got crew cut haircuts (very radical for that era).  The finishing touch was the spray painting the their black shoes white mimicking the Houston Oilers who were the only team to wear white shoes at the time.  It was quite a sight.  Briggs wore a "throwback" full business suit with matching hat.  Jeff Crosby and Steve Uhalt will be able to verify this.
By the way, in 1972, Marc Sandall was a fledgling, undersized goofball.  (just kidding, knowing him, your book would not have been the same without his contributions)
Keep up the great work!
